I’ve discovered that I don’t like Alpha males as romance heroes. I prefer a hero with a mix of Alpha and Beta, a man that can stand alone and is secure with his sexuality without having to prove his manliness by jumping out of a plane. He isn’t afraid to show his sensitive side either. And most of all, my favorite romance hero has to be kind to animals.
